Reports made through the MOHH Group Whistleblowing Channel are confidential. Whistleblowers have the option to lodge a report anonymously. However, whistleblowers are encouraged to identify themselves, so that further information or clarification can be sought if required. Lack of information or clarity may limit the ability to conduct a thorough investigation.

You do not need to know every detail before coming forward. Most reported cases come to light through tips from well-meaning individuals who may not have full knowledge of the facts. Reporting what you do know is sufficient and will be a meaningful first step.

All whistleblowers who report in good faith will be afforded full protection from any form of retaliation, and your identity will remain confidential. It is important that the whistleblowing channel is used responsibly and with integrity. Any misuse of this channel for malicious purposes or personal gain is a serious breach that will be dealt with accordingly, including potential disciplinary action.
