On 04 Sep 2026, Friday, our ALPS C-suite executive team stepped away from the boardroom to invest in how we work together, anchoring our day in our company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Synergy, Empathy, Trust, and Respect.

Here is how our team-building day brought those values to life:

Morning: Culinary Cooking Workshop

Turning up the heat in the kitchen forced us to break out of our traditional corporate roles and rely heavily on Synergy. The team practiced real-time communication, adaptability, and division of labor under pressure — proving that a high-performing leadership team relies on Trust and Respect for everyone’s unique contributions. Trying new skills together broke down traditional barriers and strengthened peer connections.

Afternoon: Team Dynamics Workshop

After sharing the lovely meal that was prepared together, we transitioned from the kitchen counter to deep internal reflection. By mapping out our diverse working styles and communication preferences together with a Leadership Development consultancy, the team exercised Empathy to better understand what drives each colleague. This deeper understanding challenges everyone to lead with Integrity and opens the door for higher-level Innovation across the organization.
