ALPS '3 CLiCk' Video 2026

ALPS introduces '3 CLiCk' — a shared guide for building trust and respect through communicating right, living up to promises, and checking to make things right. Featuring our colleagues, the video highlights how these everyday behaviours strengthen teamwork as we support public healthcare, frontline colleagues, and patients.

Following the formal adoption of ALPS Purpose statement - Healthcare in Mind, Patients at Heart - we are now pleased to share more about 'ALPS 3 CLiCk'.

'ALPS 3 CLiCk' reminds us to (1) Communicate Right, (2) Live Up to Promises, and (3) Check & Make it Right in a show of trust and respect to our colleagues and the wider organisation.
