ALPS AI Hands-On Workshop 2026

About 80 ALPS colleagues joined a hands-on AI workshop with Synapxe to explore practical, responsible applications of Agentic AI in public healthcare operations.
On 17 June 2026, about 80 ALPS staff gathered for the ALPS AI Hands-On Workshop, co-facilitated with Synapxe, to move from AI “awareness” to practical, real-world use cases for public healthcare.
The half-day session aimed to build organisation-wide awareness of Agentic AI concepts and capabilities, with participants exploring how AI can support productivity, decision-making and responsible innovation, anchored on business value, and balanced with governance, security, data protection and human oversight.
Of particular interest was the 'hands-on' portion of the workshop, where ALPS teams were given guidance to brainstorm and prototype AI-powered ideas to address everyday challenges - manual data consolidation, procurement and contract management, document-heavy processes, repetitive administrative tasks and knowledge search.
Looking ahead, the ALPS-Synapxe partnership will continue to push the capabilities of AI and Agentic AI, so our people can safely experiment, build and scale solutions that transform public healthcare operations for the better.
