Promoting ALPS Values
ALPS Values — Integrity, Innovation, Synergy, Empathy, and Trust and Respect — encourage us to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the public healthcare sector.
These values serve as a compass that guides us in making decisions that prioritise patient care, strengthen supply chain resilience, and drive positive change across our healthcare system.
By holding ourselves accountable to these values, we will continue to build trust with our stakeholders and the community, demonstrating our commitment to ethical practices and excellence in healthcare delivery.
Integrity, Innovation, Synergy, Empathy, and Trust and Respect are abbreviated as I2SET, and are informally — and playfully — expressed in a personal pledge of duty and service that goes:
