What a heartwarming afternoon it was at our ALPS November Promotion Tea Ceremony held on 24 November!

We came together to celebrate our amazing colleagues who have achieved a significant milestone in their ALPS journey. Joined by their reporting officers and site leads, our newly promoted teammates enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea filled with laughter, heartfelt messages, and inspiring moments.

From high-fives and cheerful congratulations to meaningful reflections on our core values, the room was abuzz with positivity and pride. Our C-suite leaders also shared uplifting words of encouragement, reminding us all of the purpose and passion that drive what we do.

We closed the celebration with a big group photo — a beautiful snapshot of unity, joy, and shared accomplishment.
